One Wide Job

Photo Gallery

Panoramic photographer Mark Segal hired Bob Watkins to design and build a stabilized platform to hang and remotely control a rotating Seitz panoramic camera ten feet below a helicopter. As a result he was invited to travel the world with Mark to assist and operate the device in India, Japan, Singapore, Australia, Africa, Hong Kong, Thailand, and Jamaica, as well as his home, Chicago. Bob shot some film too (“test shots”), which are displayed in this gallery.
