ESTIMATES
In order to receive an official PCW estimate you must send in your equipment for evaluation.
An official estimate will not be sent until we have your equipment in the shop.
Please be advised that any quote provided over email or phone is subject to change based on a thorough,
in person evaluation of your equipment.
Our estimates are free and always will be! If you decline the estimate you are only responsible for return shipping charges.
OUR WARRANTY
Your 6 month warranty begins the day you receive the camera.
Workmanship and materials are warrantied for 6 months to be free from defects under normal use.
We are not responsible for any expense, losses, or inconvenience. Our obligation is limited to re-work (of the same defect) by
Precision Camera Works as long as the equipment is accompanied with a copy of the original invoice and transportation prepaid.
INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY REPAIRS: Customers are responsible for return shipping both ways to PCW.
