Bob was trained on the V-series cameras and all C, CF, CFi lenses by factory technicians in 1981, and again in subsequent years. Precision Camera Works still maintains a large stock of parts – many of which are no longer available from the factory. We also repair the SuperWide models.
We do not repair any of the models with focal plane shutters; i.e. the 2000FC/M, FE lenses, etc.
As of December 2024, Bob has resumed accepting Hasselblad X-Pan and Fuji TX-1 cameras and lenses for repair again. Over the years he has developed many solutions to common issues such as a stiff on/off switch, broken film spool tabs, etc.
